  1. Remove the stems of mushrooms and keep it aside

  2. Chop the stems of mushrooms and the vegetables

  3. Finely chop the onions and coriander leaves / Parsley

  4. Heat oil in a pan

  5. Add onions and ginger garlic paste and fry till the smell goes and onion becomes slight brown in color

  6. Add the vegetables one by one and cook till it is half cooked

  7. Add salt and mix well

  8. Then add herbs and pepper powder and mix well

  9. Sprinkle coriander leaves and switch off the flame

  10. In an oil greased plate place the mushrooms and stuff with the vegetable mixture

  11. Spread the grated cheese on top of the stuffings

  12. Place it in a preheated oven for 12 minutes in 180 degree Celsius
