Ingredients
- Carrot(chopped) - 150 gms
- French beans(chopped) - 150 gms
- Chili powder - ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Coconut(grated) - ¼ cup
- Coconut oil - 2-3 tsp
- mustard seeds /rye - 1 tsp
- whole jeera/cumin seeds - ½ tsp
- Fennel seeds/Saunf - ¼ tsp
- Curry leaves - 6-8
- green chilies cut - 2-3
- Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds/rye. When it crackles add the whole jeera/cumin seeds and fennel seeds/saunf.2)Add the curry leaves and green chilies.
- Add chopped carrots and french beans, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Add a cup water and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- When the vegetables are cooked, add grated coconut and mix well.
- Serve it with rice.
