- Tomato - 2 nos
- Shallots(Kunjulli) - 10 nos
- Green chillies(slit lengthwise) - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces and tomato into big pieces. :- No need to cut the shallots
- Put all the ingredients in a clay pot(manchatti) and cook well.
- Add salt as required.
- :-If u want u can add a small quantity of coconut oil after the gas is turned off.
