- Bitter Gourd 100gm -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Salt : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- oil 25 ml -
- Mustard : 2 tsp -
- fenugeek seed 2 tsp -

- Chop the bitter gourd
- in a pan heat the 2 tsp of oil and add bitter gourd and turmeric powder and fry it
- allow to cook until the bitter gourd change into light brown in medium flame
- fry the mustard and fenugreek in a pan without oil
- make a powder by grinding it
- in plastic or glass bowl add fried bitter gourd, red chili powder, salt,oil and mustard fenugreek powder and mix well
- allow for 2 days
- now bitter gourd pickle is ready.
