- Potato - 5
- Onion - 3
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Green chilly - 3
- Ginger - 1/2 inch
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Oil(as required) -

Instructions
- Add green chilly, salt, turmeric powder, ginger and mix well.
- Mix in the mashed potatoes with the above mixture well.
- Take it from flame and let it cool for some time.
- Make small balls out of the mixture.
- Mix gram flour with water and salt as required making a thick batter.
- Cover the potato balls in it.
- Fry it in oil 3-4 at a time.
- Serve it.
