Bread Adai

Bread adai is one of the adai variety. This bread adai is good for health. This is a good break fast for diet and healthy conscious person.

Ingredients
  

  • Bread 8 Slice
  • Rava 1/4 cup
  • Rice Flour 1 tbsp
  • Curd 1/4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • oil 2 tsp
  • onion 1 no.
  • green chilli 1no.
  • coriander leaves 2 tsp
  • cumin seed 1/4 tsp
  • black pepper seed 1/5 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Cut the corner of the bread, and cut into small pieces, and add, rava, rice flour, curd, salt
  • Mix well and allow for 10 mins
  • Add little water and make adai batter consistency
  • finely chop the onion, green chilli, coriander leaves
  • in the adai batter, add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, cumin seed and black pepper seed and mix well
  • heat the tawa and cook the adai by applying oil both the side
  • now bread adai is ready serve with any chutney
