Instructions
- Cut the corner of the bread, and cut into small pieces, and add, rava, rice flour, curd, salt
- Mix well and allow for 10 mins
- Add little water and make adai batter consistency
- finely chop the onion, green chilli, coriander leaves
- in the adai batter, add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, cumin seed and black pepper seed and mix well
- heat the tawa and cook the adai by applying oil both the side
- now bread adai is ready serve with any chutney
