Cutlets made with bread and without using egg

- Bread slices - 10 -
- Onions(finely chopped, big) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(finely ground) - 3 -
- Curd - 1 -
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil for frying -

Instructions
- Cut the crust of the bread on all 4 sides and break it up into small pieces.
- Mix together onions, green chilly paste, curd, chilly powder and salt.
- Mix the bread with the above paste so that all ingredients are mixed well.
- Make small flattened balls as in cutlets in any desired shape.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Deep fry on both sides, until golden brown.
- :- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
- :- Can include shredded chicken or fish for non-vegetarians.
