Bread Tikka Quick and tasty eve snack 10 nos Bread slices250 gm CurdSalt (As reqd)2 tbsp Oil3 nos Potatoes (mashed)1/2 tsp Mustard seeds1/2 tsp Turmeric powder½ tsp Coriander powder2 nos Green chillies8 - Coriander leaves Cut the crest of the bread on all four sides.Heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds.Add turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix well.Add mashed potatoes.Add green chillies and coriander leaves and fry for 3 - 4 mins.Strain curd through strainer.Spread curd on one side of bread and spread thin layer of potato mixture on top of it.Repeat the same for other bread slice.Put one bread slice above the other.Cut into four square pieces.:- Serve with tomato sauce.:- Can spread spring tomato at the top for more taste.
