Capsi N Prawns Prawns(Chemmeen) curry with coconut and capsicum 1 lb Prawns (Chemmeen)3 nos Onion (medium)1 cup Grated coconut5 nos Garlic pods3/4" piece Ginger2 nos Tomato (medium)2 nos Capsicum (cut into cubes, green)2 - Red chilly powder1/4 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (As reqd)2 - Oil3 stems Coriander leaves Marinate prawns with red chilly powder, salt and turmeric powder. Keep aside for minimum half n hour.Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped onions and saute them well.Add crushed ginger and garlic and keep stirring.Add finely cut tomatoes and allow the tomatoes to set in.Add the marinated prawns and cover with a lid.Allow it to cook.When almost done, add grated coconut.Finally, add capsicum and remove from fire, when the capsicum too is done.Garnish with coriander leaves.:- Serve hot with chappathi, roti, naan and the like!
