Instructions
- Marinate prawns with red chilly powder, salt and turmeric powder. Keep aside for minimum half n hour.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onions and saute them well.
- Add finely cut tomatoes and allow the tomatoes to set in.
- Add the marinated prawns and cover with a lid.
- Allow it to cook.
- When almost done, add grated coconut.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- :- Serve hot with chappathi, roti, naan and the like!
