Instructions
  1. Sift Maida, salt, baking powder, soda bicarbonate and cinnamon powder together.

  2. Beat eggs well

  3. Add sugar and oil into beaten egg

  4. Add flour slowly. Mix well

  5. Add grated carrots

  6. Mix the batter well

  7. Smear some oil on to the cake tin and dust it with maida and prepare the cake tin

  8. Pour the cake batter to the cake tin

  9. Bake at 180 c for 45 to one hour. Temperature and timings may vary as per each oven settings. Adjust the temperature according to your oven settings.

  10. Bake immediately after mixing. Decorate the cake according to your liking.
