Ingredients
- Cauliflower(Medium size) - 1
- Chutney Dal - 1 teapoon
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 teapoon
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 teapoon
- Turmeric powder - 1 teapoon
- Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Jeera powder(Cumin seeds) - 1/2 teapoon
- Oil - 2 teapoon
- Salt(To taste) -

Instructions
- First grind chutney dal into a fine powder and keep it aside.
- In a pan add water, turmeric powder, salt and allow it to boil.
- Once it is boiled add the cauliflower florets into that.
- After 5 to 8 minutes drain the florets from the water and keep it aside.
- Now add chutney dal powder, pepper powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder and salt as needed with the cauliflower and mix it well and leave it for 5 minutes.
- in a kadai heat the oil and add mustard seeds for tempering.
- Then add the cauliflower and mix it well
- Cook the cauliflower in a low flame and stir it when needed.
- Once the cauliflower is well cooked and fried turn off the flame.
- Tasty Cauliflower curry is ready.
