- Oats : 1 cup -
- brown sugar 2 sp -
- cinnamon powder 1 pinch -
- almond 6 - 7
- flax seeds 2 sp -

Instructions
- cook grated cauliflower in water
- when cooked add oats to it
- meanwhile make a fine powder of almond and flax seed
- add this powder to oats with a pinch of cinnamon powder
- to this add required brown sugar simmer it and serve
