- cauliflower grated 1 cup -
- cooked rice 1 cup -
- corn flour 2 sp -
- pepper powder 1 sp -
- coriander powder 1 sp -
- turmeric 1/4 sp -
- chat masala 1 sp -
- Salt to taste -
- peanut and seasame powder -
- mint and coriander leafs -

- add all the ingredients together
- mix well and make into a dough and make small balls out of it
- shallow fry in oil both the sides and serve
