3 bundles Spinach (Cheera)1 cup Grated coconut2 spoon Red chilly powder2 pinches Turmeric powderOil (As reqd)2 nos Onion (sliced)2 cups Boiled rice3 sprigs Curry leavesSalt (As reqd)1 no Lemon1 no Carrot (grated)2 nos Green chilliesCoriander leaves (cut into pieces) Heat oil in a pan.Fry the sliced onions until it turns light brownish. Add salt, red chilly powder and curry leaves and fry. Add cut cheera and cook by putting the lid over the pan. When done, add the grated cocunut. Mix well. Add boiled rice and mix well. Keep it aside.Mix the grated carrot, salt, green chilly and coriander leaves well and sprinkle on the cheera rice. :- Serve hot. Kerala
