- Red or green spinach leaves(as reqd) -
- Small onion(Kunjulli) - 4 nos
- Coconut(Grated) - 1 small
- Green chilly(if u want it to be spicy add 2 more) - 3 nos
- Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt(as reqd) -

Instructions
- Cut the spinach leaves along with the stem.
- Grind the coconut, kunjulli and greeen chillies in mixie for 30 seconds.
- Mix the leaves and ground paste together with salt and cook this in a kadai for 4-5 minutes. :- stir it in between.
- Once it is cooked add 1 tbsp oil into cheera thoran and stir well.
- :- Serve Cheera thoran hot with rice!!!
