Chettinad Egg Curry

Chettinad egg curry is a flavorful egg masala curry made very popular in chettinad area in Tamil nadu. The eggs are cooked in spicy masala gravy and appears to be a omellette masala curry. This chettinad egg curry is absolutely delicious and awesome . This curry goes very well with rotis and pulavs. You can try this recipe with boiled eggs also .

red chilli powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
salt to taste

Instructions

in oil add cinnamon , cloves ,ginger garlic and green chiili
to this add onions and capsicums
now add tomato, red chilli powder ,coriander powder,garam masala salt and turmeric.
add water and cook till oil oozes out
when gravy thickens add eggs
simmer until the eggs cooked and serve with rotis and pulaos
