- Boneless Chicken - 500 gms
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Green chilly - 3 nos
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Yoghurt - 2 tbs
- Coriander leaves -

- Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
- Cut the chicken into long narrow pieces.Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients. Keep it in fridge for 20 minutes.
- Use toothpick for Each piece for easy handling and style also.Heat a pan with very little oil ,put the chicken and fry in low flame till it turns brown colour. (Both sides)
- Chicken tawa fry is ready.
