Chilli Bajji is a delicious South Indian street snack very much relished during evenings with a cup of hot chai. The snack tastes awesome with Masala Chai. Chilli Bajji is unique and special with long green chillies dipped in a spicy batter and deep fried. Prefer long varieties of chillies for the snack. Also do remember to remove the seeds and pith. If the seeds and pith are not removed then the chillies can taste too hot and pungent. Most of the office pantries, road side shops, tea stalls, and almost all restaurants serve this crispy and spicy Mulaku Bajji. Serve Mulaku Bajji with a favorite red chutney that makes a yummy snack. Serve the dish hot. You can explore a well detailed snack recipe here that can be easily prepared at home. Enjoy the yummy snack.
