Cocoa Syrup

Cocoa syrup is a recipe which can be stored for a months time . We can mix this syrup in cold milk to make milk shakes or to hot milk for a hot chocolate drink. This can also be added with nuts as an ice cream topping.

Instructions
  1. mix 2 tbsp sugar with cocoa powder and keep aside

  2. add remaining sugar with water and bring to boil

  3. remove from flame and mix cocoa powder to it and strain it

  4. again boil it for 2 mins and let cool

  5. serve as you like.
