Crispy Honey Baby Corn

Crispy baby corn is a quick Indo-Chinese recipe that is easy to prepare and delicious to eat. It's served hot as a starter!

Ingredients
  

  • baby corn 15no.
  • honey 4 tsp
  • maida 1 cup
  • corn flour 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • pepper 2 tsp
  • onion 1 no.
  • green chili 3 no.
  • garlic 4 no.
  • soya sauce 2 tsp
  • lemon 1/2 no.
  • oil to fry
  • sesame seed to garnish

Instructions
 

  • cut the baby corn into two pieces
  • finely chop the onion, garlic and green chili
  • in a bowl add maida, corn flour salt and mix it
  • dust the baby corn
  • with the remaining mixture add black pepper and mix with water and make as a batter
  • dip the baby corn one by one
  • heat the oil and fry it
  • with the remaining batter add soya sauce, squeeze the lemon, pepper and honey and mix it
  • heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion, garlic and green chili for 2 minutes
  • pour the batter and mix it with the low flame
  • add fried baby corn and honey and mix it
  • garnish with the sesame seed, now crispy honey baby corn is ready
