- Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Maida : 2 tsp -
- Corn flour : 3 tsp -
- Rice flour : 3 tsp -

Instructions
- chop the kovakkai
- in a bowl add a kovakkai, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, maida, rice flour, and corn flour and mix well
- marinate for 10 mins
- heat the oil and fry the kovakkai until it get crispy
- kovakkai / Dondakaya pakoda is ready to serve
