- Eggs - 3 nos
- Onions(diced into small pieces, big) - 3 nos
- Green chillies(cut into thin round pieces) - 3 nos
- Tomato(diced into small pieces) - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sautT onions and green chillies.
- Add chopped tomato and sautT till blended well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and required salt.
- Break eggs into the pot and mix it instantly. Do not fry too much. Fry enough for the eggs to be cooked. The mix should be in a creamy consistency.
