- Egg - 3 hard
- Onion - 3 big
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Garam masala powder - ¼ tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil to fry -

Instructions
- * Cut onion in length wise. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and stir till it turn golden colour. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder and stir well.
- * Add boiled egg and mix well.
