- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- Red chili 5 no. -
- pepper seed 1 tsp -
- cumin seed 1 tsp -
- cinnamom 1 -
- coriander seed 3 tsp -
- Mustard : 1/2 tsp -

- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 2 tsp -
- coconut paste 1/2 cup -
- lemon 1/2 -
- oil 4tsp -

Instructions
- boil the egg and cut into two pieces
- in a plate take cumin seed, black pepper seed, cinnamom, red chili and coriander seeds
- dry roast the all the masala
- make a paste by adding vinegar or lemon juice and water
- in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard
- add curry leaves and chopped onion and saute it until it becomes golden brown
- add chopped tomato and mix well for 3 minutes.
- add ginger garlic paste, salt,turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well
- now add the paste which we prepared and mix well and allow to cook until the raw smell goes out
- mean while prepare coconut paste
- add the coconut paste into the gravy and allow to cook until the gravy become thick consistency
- now add boiled egg and turn off the flame
- now egg vantalu is ready. serve with rice
