Emergency Dal Curry Emergency Dal(Parippu) curry 1 cup Sambhar dal (Sambar parippu)Salt (As reqd)1 tsp Chilly powder1 small Garlic pod (mashed)6 - Curry leaves Pressure cook dal upto 1 whistle.:- After cooking, do not drain the water.Heat oil in a pan.Fry garlic and curry leaves, till garlic turns slighly golden.Add salt to taste and chilly powder.Pour the fried ingredients into the cooked dal and gently stir.:- Serve hot.
