Ingredients
- Sardine fish(small) - 5 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 3 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 3 tbsp
- Coconut oil or Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Tamarind water(As reqd, Puli) -

Instructions
- Clean the fish and make small cuts like the way we do when we fry fish.
- Take the above masalas and mix it well with 2 cups of water.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Place the fish carefully in the vessel.
- :- The water should be just above the fish.
- When it starts boiling, reduce the flame.
- Cook till all the water is gone and it is fried properly.
