- Eggs(hardboiled) - 5 nos
- Onion - 3 nos
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 3 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cut each egg into two halves and take out the yolk with a spoon without breaking the white part.
- Chop onions and green chillies into small pieces.
- Saute onion and green chillies in oil for 5 mins.
- Add curry leaves.
- Add salt.
- Add the yolk and saute it for 2 mins.
- When cool, make small balls and fill this inside the half of the egg.
- Dip each egg piece in maida batter.
- Take some oil in a frying pan.
- Fry both the sides of the egg.
- :- Be careful when you add salt since you add it twice i.e.,in the filling and also in the batter.
