Ingredients
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tbsp
- Mint leaves(cut into pieces, Pudhina) - 5 -
- Onion(cut into very small pieces, large) - 1 no
- Green chillies - 2 -
- Leftover rice/soaked baten rice flakes(Aval/Poha) - 3 tbsp
- Grated coconut(optional) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Keep this aside for 10 - 15 mins.
- Fry this on a tava like a roti.
- :- Coconut chutney is a good combination or even you could have chutney powder with the rotis.
- :- If you wish to have crisp rotis then make holes all around the rotis with your fingers and pour 1 drop of oil in all the holes while frying.
