Golden Lobster Fry
Lobster fry prepared in kerala style
Ingredients
- Lobster – 4 nos(de veined & cleaned), de
- Ginger paste
- 3 tbsp Butter
- Salt As reqd
- 3 tbsp Chilly powder
- 2 nos Onion sliced into small pieces
- 2 nos Tomato sliced into small pieces
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves/Spring onions
- Pepper powder As reqd
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
Instructions
- For preparing golden lobster fry, first heat butter in a pan.
- When it becomes half fried, add chilly powder and stir for few more seconds till it gets golden brown.
- When done, add coriander leaves/ spring onions, pepper and lime juice.
- Coat well and serve hot. Golden lobster fry is ready.
