- Amla: 10 fresh -
- Broken red chilli: 2 - 3
- Turmeric powder : ½ tsp -
- Ajwain: 1 tsp -

Instructions
- Wash and prick amla’s all over with a fork. Put this amla into a bottle.
- Add broken red chillies, turmeric powder, salt, ajwain and add lukewarm water.
- Keep this amla in the sunlight every day for 1 week and serve. Even children also like to eat this amla. It can be kept for 1 month.

we can add coriander seeds instead of ajwain.
