An hot side dish with Green chillies

Ingredients
- Green chillies - 250 gm
- Coriander seeds - ½ tbsp
- Fennel seeds - ½ tbsp
- Mustard gram(dal) - ½ tbsp
- Black Sesame seeds - ½ tbsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Lime juice from 2 nos -
- Vinegar - 2 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1½ tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Remove the stem, wash and dry the chillies with towel. Cut into 3 - 4 pieces.
- Roast coriander seeds, fennel seeds and sesame seeds together. Grind it to a coarse mixture.
- Add the split mustard dal, salt, vinegar, lime juice, asafoetida and turmeric powder to the above coarse mixture and mix well.
- Add the above masala to the chillies and mix well together.
- :- Keep it in a container.
