- soak pees in water for 6hrs 2. cook pees with carrot,potato, onion ,ginger,garlic,chilly,chilly pdr,turmeric pdr and required salt in a cooker for 10 minutes. 3.grind coconut with patta,perumjeera and pepper 4.add the mix into the cooked green pees and boil for 1 minute 5.heat oil in a pan add mustard and curryleaves pour this into the curry for seasoning.
