
- Peel the potato and cut in to length wise
- When it starts boiling add potato
- Boil the potatos for 15 minutes in low flame.it should cooked on outside but still stiff.
- Drain the cooked potatoes and keep it in a air tight cover and keep in freezer for 4 hours.
- Heat oil and deep fry all the sides until brown and crispy
- Homemade crispy outside and tender inside French fries are ready.
