Hot Hot ShaFish Fry (Meen) Very Hot Fish Fry for Spicy Food Lovers 1 kg Vanjiram or Vavval (Poplate) Fish (sliced, Surmayi)10 nos Garlic pods2 tsp Peppercorns6 nos Green chillies (chopped)5 tsp Red chilly powder1 tsp Turmeric powder2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)2 tsp Lime juice2 tsp SaltOil Wash the fish nicely and let the water drain out completely, so keep it aside till you prepare the paste.Take a small mixie jar and grind garlic, pepper and green chillies by adding little water.Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, salt and lime juice and grind once again untill it becomes fine paste.Apply the above paste on both side of the fish slices nicely and leave it under the fan for 1 - 2 hrs.Heat the oil in the pan.Fry the fish untill its well cooked.:- Serve with chopped onion, lime and mint chutney or even can be served with rice and dhal.
