- Chicken - 1 kg
- Biriyani rice - 1 kg
- Onion - 1/2 kg
- Tomato - 1/2 kg
- Green chilly - 5 nos
- Ginger(big thumb size piece) - 1 piece
- garlic - 8 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- cilantro - 1/2 bunch
- Pudina - 1/2 bunch
- Ghee - 4 tbs
- Coconut oil - 3 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- casews and raisins - 1 tbsp
- Water - 4 liter
- Salt(as required) -

Instructions
- Chop 1 onion.
- Pour the coconut oil and 1 table spoon ghee to the pressure cooker.
- Add the chopped onion and fry.
- Put the weight of cooker and wait for whistle.
- When one whistle has come, wait for some time and then off the stove.
- Fry the chicken in coconut oil.
- Mix the masala with fried chicken.
- Pour some ghee and garam masala also some curd. Dont forget to add salt. The mix the rice with it.
- Fry dry fruits in ghee and garnish your Kerala Kozhi Biryani with it.
