Naadan Tomato Curry

Ingredients
- Tomato - 2 nos
- Onion - 1 no
- Coconut, freshly grated - 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 2 -
- Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves - 4 -
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Grind to a fine paste freshly grated coconut, red chillies, half onion, coriander seeds. Keep that aside.
- Take a few drops of oil in a vessel.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- SautT onion & cumin seeds.
- Add the cut tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
- Add the ground paste and stir to bring that to a boil.
- Stir once again and just bring it to a boil once and keep it aside.
- :- Serve with hot rice.
