Easy squid masala

Ingredients
- Squid(Ring shape) - 500 gms
- Onion(finely chopped, big) - 1 cup
- Tomato(medium sized) - 2 nos
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
- garlic(finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Green chilly(slit open) - 4 nos
- Coriander powder - 3 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Turmerice - 1/2 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
- Curry leaves(chopped) - 20 leaves
- Pepper - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt(as reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat up a pan or a kadai.
- Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder garam masala, pepper powder and stir fry till oil starts to separate.
- In a pressure cooker add this masala and squid along with curry leaves. Mix it properly.
- Add salt as required.
- Add one cup of water.
- Pressure cook for 4- 5 whistles.
- After you open the cooker, you have to fry it in low flame till the water gets evaporated.
- Stir occasionally. When it becomes thick gravy switch off the flame.
- :- Serve hot.
