Ingredients
- Squid : ½ k gm -
- Onion : 2 nos (chopped) -
- Curry leaves : 15 nos -
- Green Chilly : 3 nos (cut into small pieces) -
- Tomato : 1 nos chopped -
- Garam masala : ½ tsp -
- Chilly powder : 1 ½ tsp -
- Pepper powder : ½ tsp -
- Any chicken masala : ½ tsp -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Marinate the squids with salt and chilly powder. Keep aside for an hour.
- In an earthen pot, add a little oil followed with chopped onion, curry leaves , green chilies, garam masala, pepper powder and chicken masala.

- When the onion starts browning, add the tomatoes to it.
- Mean time, fry the squids with a little oil, on a low flame. (half cook)
- Kerala style squid masala ready.
