- Prawns - 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil - 2 tsp
- Curry leaf - 5
- Water - 1 cup

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai. add onions and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add coriander powder ,chili powder and turmeric powder,saute for a minute.
- Add cooked prawns to this and saute for a minute.
- Add chili powder,salt and curry leaves,saute for a minute.
- Now kerala traditional prawns fry is ready.
