Ingredients
- King Fish(marinated with turmeric powder, chilly powder & salt) - 10 pieces
- Onion - 3 nos
- Ginger - 1 tsp
- garlic - 1 tsp
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Tomato - 1 no
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Coriander leaves(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Fry the fish in oil.
- Heat up a pan and add the same oil used for frying the fish.
- Add onion and saute till it becomes brown.
- Add ginger, garlic, masala powders, green chillies and salt and saute.
- Add tomatoes and saute till it becomes dark brown.
- Add the leaves and keep it aside.
- Take a serving dish and place some masala on it.
- Keep the fried fish over it and layer it another portion of the masala.
