- Kingfish(Cut and clean ) - 3-4 Slices
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 1/2 Tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Ground pepper - 1/4 Tsp
- Ginger - 1 Small piece
- garlic - 2-3 Cloves
- Lemon juice - 1 1/2 Tsp
- Shallots - 3-4 Nos
- Coconut oil(For frying ) -
- A few curry leaves -

- Cut and clean the fish. Slice into rounds.
- Grind all the ingredients together and make a fine paste.
- In a bowl take fish pieces and marinate with this mix.
- Cover with a lid and keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
