Instructions
- boil the rice
- clean and wash the coriander leaves, and take green chili, red chili, tamarind, urad dal
- heat the 1 tsp of oil and fry the urad dal
- add green chili, red chili and tamarind and fry it
- add coriander leaves and fry it
- add salt and allow to cool
- grind it and make as paste
- now again heat the oil and temper the mustard
- now add coriander paste and allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
- add rice and mix well
- kothamalli rice is ready
