Instructions
- take coriander leaves and clean it, urad dal, red chili, green chili and tamarind
- heat the oil in the pan and fry the urad dal
- add green chili, red chili and tamarind and fry it until it all turn into golden red colour
- add coriander leaves and fry it
- add salt and allow to cool
- grind it and make as a paste
- heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard
- add coriander paste and mix well and allow to cook for 10 min in low flame
- now kothamali tokku is ready to serve
