Left Over Chicken Cutlet No need to waste yesterdays chicken fry 2 cups Left over chicken deboned3/4 cup Potatoes (boiled and mashed)2 nos Bread slices1 tbsp Coriander leaves1 tsp Pepper powder1/2 tsp Garam masala1 no Onion (medium)1 tsp GingerSalt (As reqd)1 no EggBread crumbs (As reqd)Oil for frying Remove the bones from the chicken either from the curry or dry chicken fry.Add to it the bread slices and grind dry without adding any water.:- It should be dry.Boil potatoes and mash nicely.Fry onion, till golden brown.Add ginger, garam masala, pepper and mashed potatoes.Add coriander leaves, salt and the ground chicken.Switch off the flame.Allow it to cool.Make balls off the mixture.Flatten them and keep aside.Dip it in egg white and dust in breadcrumbs.Fry, till golden colour in hot oil.:- Serve with sauce or mint chutney.
