Ingredients
- Beef - 200 gm
- Shallots - 50 gm
- garlic - 8 nos
- Ginger(A small piece) -
- Green chilly - 3 nos
- Curry leaves(As reqd) -
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cook the beef with chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and water as required.
- Heat oil in a vessel and sauté shallots in it for 3 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add masalas and cooked beef. Sauté for 10 minutes on low flame.
