  • Pav: 5
  • Butter: 3 tbsp
  • Onion: 1 medium chopped
  • Tomato: 1 large chopped
  • Green capsicum: 1 medium chopped
  • Pav bhaji masala: 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
  • lemon juice: 1 tsp[optional]
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Finely chopped onion for garnish


  • Heat butter in a kadai add chopped onion stir for 2 minutes:.

  • Add capsicum, tomato, salt and ¼ cup of water.Cook well on a medium flame till the onion turns translucent while stirring occasionally. Mash well with a spoon.

  • Add chilli powder, pav bhaji masala lemon juice and ½ cup of water. Stir for 2 minutes [Need little gravy]. Pav cut in to medium or small pieces and add into it. Mix with all the ingredients.
