  • Butter: 3 tbsp -
  • Onion: 1 medium chopped -
  • Tomato: 1 large chopped -
  • Green capsicum: 1 medium chopped -
  • Pav bhaji masala: 2 tsp -
  • Red chilli powder : 1 tsp -
  • lemon juice: 1 tsp[optional] -
  • Salt to taste -
  • Coriander leaves : for garnish -
  • Finely chopped onion for garnish -

Instructions
  1. Heat butter in a kadai add chopped onion stir for 2 minutes:.

  3. Add capsicum, tomato, salt and ¼ cup of water.Cook well on a medium flame till the onion turns translucent while stirring occasionally. Mash well with a spoon.

  7. Add chilli powder, pav bhaji masala lemon juice and ½ cup of water. Stir for 2 minutes [Need little gravy]. Pav cut in to medium or small pieces and add into it. Mix with all the ingredients.
