- Eggs(hard boiled) - 4 nos
- Cooked(ground or minced meat) - 3 tbsp
- Oil or ghee - 1 tbsp
- Onions(chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Green chilly(chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger(grated) - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- Corn flour / corn starch - 1 tbsp
- Egg(beaten) - 1 no
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 lemon
- Breadcrumbs for coating -
- Liver(for garnishing, fried) - 12 pieces
- Oil for deep frying -

Instructions
- Fry the onions till golden.
- Peel off the shells and cut the hard boiled eggs into half lengthways.
- Take out the yolks and add to the fried meat mixture.
- Stir the corn flour into the beaten egg and prepare a batter.
- Place the breadcrumbs on a flat dish.
- Heat oil in a kadai or a pan over a moderate heat.
- Fry the stuffed eggs, until golden all over.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel.
- Garnish with fried liver pieces.
