- Curry leaves - 4 -
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coconut oil - 1 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Crush together onions, curry leaves, chilly powder and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add the crushed mixture and cook for 2 mins.
- Transfer this mixture to a small bowl.
- Add vinegar to it and mix well.
- :- Goes well even if all that there is on the menu is rice, mor(pacchaa or kaacheethe) and yesterday`s thoran.
